What's On moderation (admins)
Events are merchant-posted, so admins keep an eye on the public listing — both for content (no spam, no prohibited categories) and for refund disputes if customers escalate.
Event moderation
Admin → Events shows every published event with filters by date, merchant and category. Reported events appear at the top.
Use Hide to remove the event from the public /events page while preserving it for ticket holders. Use Cancel to stop sales and trigger automatic refunds.
Refund disputes
If a customer disputes a refund decision the merchant has made, the case appears in Admin → Events → Disputes. You see the merchant's policy, the customer's reason, and any messaging history. You can override and refund directly through Stripe.
Tickets, attendees, exports
Each event's admin view exposes the full ticket ledger — buyer email, ticket type, scan status, payment ID. Exportable as CSV for legal or compliance requests.
