Counts “accepted” orders — those you took on, in preparation, out for delivery, delivered, completed, or partially refunded. Rejected and cancelled orders don’t count. Stripe processing fees apply on top (~1.5% + 20p for UK cards). Special rates for partner stalls and high-volume wholesalers can be agreed manually.
