Classifieds moderation (admins)

Listings that customers have reported land in the Reported tab. Each entry shows the listing, the reporting user(s), and the reason given.

Decide: dismiss, hide (soft delete — visible only to admins for evidence), or remove + warn (hides + emails the poster).

Admins can remove any listing without a customer report. Common reasons:

• Prohibited goods (weapons, alcohol over distance-selling laws, livestock, anything age-restricted without a verified merchant flag).
• Suspected scams (price too good, payment-by-voucher requests, off-platform redirects).
• Hate, harassment or doxxing.

Repeated removals trigger a 7-day posting suspension; three suspensions in a year is a permanent ban.

Every removal is recorded in Admin → Audit with the actor (admin user), the target (listing ID + snapshot), the reason and the date. Reversible for 30 days.
