About this stall
Air-dried hams, salami, and pâtés from Devon free-range pigs.
A small farm on the Tamar where pigs are raised slowly outdoors and butchered on site. Everything is dry-cured, air-dried in a converted stone barn, and aged from six weeks to twelve months.
