About this stall

Sourdough, rye and seeded loaves baked nightly in a wood-fired oven near Hawes.

A wood-fired oven at the foot of the Dales, lit at 4am and rested by 11. We mill our own flour from regenerative wheat grown in Wensleydale and bake what the day asks for — nothing freezes, nothing waits.

Beautifully open crumb, deep tang, and a crust that actually cracks. We cut into it the same day it arrived and it was still warm-ish in the centre. Will reorder weekly.
